Bye Bye

It's that time of year again for the Walker's...goodbye to the United States for a bit!

It has been awhile for both of us but we are finally heading back to Europe for the first time together, specifically Turkey and Greece. We have a little under a month of travels ahead of us and are super excited to leave our jobs and responsibilities behind!

Our first leg begins in Turkey where we will be checking out some sweet architecture from the ottoman empire, eyeing rugs at bazaars, whirling with dervishes, experiencing the steamy turkish baths and stuffing our faces with kebabs, turkish delights, black tea and raki (in moderation of course).

Our 2nd leg we will head on over to Greece to partake in some wild sun-drenched island hopping, explore the white washed & blue buildings, cross the Acropolis off our world-landmark-to-see list, hike up Mt. Zeus and stuff our faces with gyros, top-notch olive oil, spanikopita and ouzo (again, in moderation of course).

Yes and Yes!

Istanbul for 5 days coming up!!!

  1. Already with the puns "first leg in Turkey..." you slay me. Have fun: Which Greek philosopher had a boob job? Epictetus.
